Created a visual language and hero video for an internal employer value proposition campaign, reaching 8,000+ staff across three countries. Delivered a documentary-style production showcasing real employees in their diverse work environments.
Challenge
Develop a motivational 3-minute video to communicate company values and purpose while highlighting organizational scale and diversity. The production needed to serve as the centerpiece for a broader digital and print campaign with limited budget.

Produced a documentary-style video featuring authentic staff interviews intercut with b-roll footage from various work environments and existing fitness content. Created a complete product brand with consistent visual language across all touchpoints.
